Premier ED Solutions is a consulting division of Premier Health Care Services, Inc. Premier Health Care Services, Inc. has been an established provider of hospital emergency department, hospitalist, urgent care, occupational medicine, and correctional medicine staffing and management services since 1987. Being physician owned and managed, Premier is able to offer first–hand knowledge of the areas for which we provide consulting services. Our consulting services are focused largely on our core business, emergency medicine, utilizing a team comprised of experienced ED physicians and staff. They know what it takes to successfully operate an emergency department and will work closely with you and your staff to create the best business and operational plan for your unique organization.

Once you contact Premier ED Solutions, we will quickly respond by matching one of our experienced consultants to your unique needs. We will work with you to develop a profile of your organization, which will be used to generate a proposal outlining the nature of the consult, elements involved, the expected timeline and pricing.

Meet just a few of our experienced consulting staff:

Dave Keseg, MD, FACEP

Dr. Keseg received his Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in Zoology, his Medical Degree from The Ohio State University, and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Los Angeles County - University of Southern California Medical Center. In 1987 he was the Chief Medical Officer of Olentangy Emergency Physicians, Inc., overseeing the development of the organization to a multi-site emergency department staffing group. Dr. Keseg is also a past President of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and has been practicing Emergency Medicine for over 20 years. He currently provides consulting services for EMS Operations, ED Design, Fast Track, Physician Extenders, ED Marketing, Occupational Medicine, and Ambulance Diversion.

Paul Kolodzik, MD, FACEP

Dr. Kolodzik received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame and his Medical Degree from Wright State University Integrated Residency in Emergency Medicine where he served as a Chief Resident. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a member of the clinical faculty in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University. Kolodzik is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and continues active practice as an emergency department physician at several Premier client hospitals. Dr. Kolodzik provides consulting services for Billing Services, Compliance Issues, APC Issues, Hospitalist Services, Physician Productivity, and Occupational Medicine.

David Chauvin, D.O.

Dr. Chauvin graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med in 1983, went on to graduate from Ohio University's College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital. Dr. Chauvin is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a member of the American College of Emergency Medicine as well as the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Medicine. He currently provides consulting services for Billing Services, Compliance Issues, HIPAA Issues and Observation Units.

Steve Danosi, MD, FACEP

Dr. Danosi received his Medical Degree and completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Wayne State University. He has served as attending physician and Chairman, Department of Emergency Services at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, NC, attending and Medical Director, Department of Emergency Medicine at Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI. He was instrumental in designing the $4M emergency department at both Wake and Western Wake Medical Centers and established Department of Emergency Services at Wake Medical Center. Dr. Danosi currently provides consulting services for ED Operations, Physician Productivity, and ED Overcrowding.

John L. Lyman, MD, FACEP

Dr. Lyman received his Medical Degree and completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University. He has continued his association with the Wright State University Department of Emergency Medicine, where he is an Associate Professor. Dr. Lyman has a special interest in flight medicine, and was the Founding Chairman of the ACEP Section of Air Medical Transport. He has served on the Board of Directors of The Alabama Chapter of ACEP. Dr. Lyman is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, and has been an ABEM Examiner since 1990. He currently provides consulting services for ED Operations, Customer Service and Physician Productivity.

William Cole, MD, FACEP

Dr. Cole graduated cum laude in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science from Davidson College in North Carolina and in 1980 received his Medical Degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Cole provides consulting services for Fast Track, Risk Management, Physician Productivity, Occupational Medicine and Correctional Medicine.

Joan Kolodzik, MD, FACEP

Dr. Kolodzik received her medical degree in 1986 from Wright State University where she also completed her Emergency Medicine residency. She is active as an Associate Clinical Professor for the Wright State University School of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine, as well as a Clinical Faculty member at Ohio State University School of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Kolodzik is also the Director of Education for Premier, developing and managing CME programs for Premier. She provides consulting services for Medical Education.

Jeffery Todd Snyder, MD, FACEP

Dr. Snyder received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and his residency in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University. He has worked as an Emergency Physician since 1986 and is certified by the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Snyder provides consulting services for ED Design, ED Operations, ED Marketing, and Chest Pain Centers.

Jerry J. Tasset, MD, Ph.D

Dr. Tasset is Chief Clinical Officer of Premier Health Care Services. Dr. Tasset is responsible for Premier's clinical operations including, physician management, site operations, risk management, continuing education and client retention. Dr. Tasset was previously Partner and Regional Director for Premier Health Care Services and Regional Director for Mercy Health Solutions, Mercy Regional Health Care System, Occupational and Urgent Care Medicine. Dr. Tasset received his Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental Pathology and Toxicology at the University of Cincinnati. He earned his Medical Degree and completed his Residency in Occupational Medicine at University of Cincinnati and his Residency in Emergency Medicine at The Medical Center of Delaware. Dr. Tasset is a member of the American Medical Association, the Ohio State Medical Association, the American College of Emergency Medicine, among others. Dr. Tasset is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
