Dr. Cole is a founding member of Premier and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1987. Dr. Cole was elected Premier's Chief Executive Officer in February 2001. Most recently, Dr. Cole was responsible for overseeing clinical services and clinical practice operations. Dr. Cole previously served as Medical Director for the Emergency Department of Piqua Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Cole graduated cum laude in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science from Davidson College in North Carolina and in 1980 received his Medical Degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Steve Broughton serves as Premier’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the human resource, marketing, development, and administrative departments. He is also currently the Chief Executive Officer for MBI Solutions, Inc., Premier’s billing company. Steve has worked for the organization since October 1994 overseeing and managing almost every aspect of the operation, and has extensive experience in all aspects of medical group management, physician and ambulance billing, and accounts receivable management. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from Murray State University and a Masters of Science in Health Planning/Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Steve is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association.
Dr. Kolodzik is Premier's Chief Reimbursement Officer and is responsible for Premier's Hospitalist services, payor relations, and Correctional Medicine division. Dr. Kolodzik continues active practice as an Emergency Medicine physician at several Premier client hospitals. Kolodzik received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame and his Medical Degree from Wright State University Integrated Residency in Emergency Medicine where he served as a Chief Resident. Kolodzik received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas in 1997. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a member of the clinical faculty in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University. Kolodzik is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American College of Physician Executives.
Dr. Lyman is Chief Clinical Officer of Premier Health Care Services. Dr. Lyman is responsible for Premier's clinical operations including, physician management, site operations, risk management, continuing education and client retention. Dr. Lyman joined Premier in 1997. Previously he was a Regional Medical Director for EMSA/InPhyNet/Med Partners. Dr. Lyman received his Medical Degree and completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University. He has continued his association with the Wright State University Department of Emergency Medicine, where he is an Associate Professor. Dr. Lyman has a special interest in flight medicine, and was the Founding Chairman of the ACEP Section of Air Medical Transport. He has served on the Board of Directors of The Alabama Chapter of ACEP. Dr. Lyman is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, and has been an ABEM Examiner since 1990.
Dr. Danosi is Chief Clinical Officer of Premier Health Care Services and joined Premier in 1998. Dr. Danosi is responsible for Premier's clinical operations including, physician management, site operations, risk management, continuing education and client retention. He has served as attending physician and Chairman, Department of Emergency Services at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, NC, attending and Medical Director, Department of Emergency Medicine at Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Danosi received his Medical Degree and completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Wayne State University. He was instrumental in designing the $4M emergency department at both Wake and Western Wake Medical Centers. Dr. Danosi established Department of Emergency Services at Wake Medical Center. He has served on Premier’s Board of Directors since 2002.
Dr. Tasset is Chief Clinical Officer of Premier Health Care Services. Dr. Tasset is responsible for Premier's clinical operations including, physician management, site operations, risk management, continuing education and client retention. Dr. Tasset was previously Partner and Regional Director for Premier Health Care Services and Regional Director for Mercy Health Solutions, Mercy Regional Health Care System, Occupational and Urgent Care Medicine. Dr. Tasset received his Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental Pathology and Toxicology at the University of Cincinnati. He earned his Medical Degree and completed his Residency in Occupational Medicine at University of Cincinnati and his Residency in Emergency Medicine at The Medical Center of Delaware. Dr. Tasset is a member of the American Medical Association, the Ohio State Medical Association, the American College of Emergency Medicine, among others. Dr. Tasset is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Keseg is the Chief Development Officer of Premier Health Care Services and has been in this position since joining Premier in 1996. In 1987 he was the Chief Medical Officer of Olentangy Emergency Physicians, Inc., overseeing the development of the organization to a multi–site emergency department staffing group. Since 1991, Dr. Keseg has served as the Medical Director of the Columbus, Ohio Division of Fire EMS. He received his Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in Zoology, his Medical Degree from The Ohio State University, and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Los Angeles County – University of Southern California Medical Center. Dr. Keseg is also a past President of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and has been practicing Emergency Medicine for over 20 years.
John Hoffmann is Premier's Chief Legal Officer, responsible for advising the company on legal issues and focusing on contract negotiations and Risk Management matters. He has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having represented various physician groups and hospitals. John graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1990. He has been with Premier since October of 2003.
Randy Hudson has served as Premier's Chief Financial Officer, since joining the company in October 1998. He is responsible for corporate accounting and financial services. Before joining Premier, he served in management positions with Deloitte & Touche and a local professional services firm where he was responsible for tax and advisory services. Mr. Hudson has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Administration from Wilmington College of Ohio where he majored in accounting, and he is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
Mr. Sadlier is the Chairman of the Board of Premier Health Care Services, Inc. As Chairman, Mr. Sadlier is responsible for the leadership and management of Board of Directors' meetings. Mr. Sadlier was elected to the Board in September 2004. He was elected as Chair in July of 2006.
