Dr. Cole is a founding member of Premier and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1987. Dr. Cole was elected Premier's Chief Executive Officer in February 2001. Most recently, Dr. Cole was responsible for overseeing clinical services and clinical practice operations. Dr. Cole previously served as Medical Director for the Emergency Department of Piqua Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Cole graduated cum laude in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science from Davidson College in North Carolina and in 1980 received his Medical Degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is residency trained and board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Steve Broughton serves as Premiers Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the human resource, marketing, development, and administrative departments. Steve has worked for the organization since October 1994 overseeing and managing almost every aspect of the operation, and has extensive experience in all aspects of medical group management, physician and ambulance billing, and accounts receivable management. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business from Murray State University and a Masters of Science in Health Planning/Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Steve is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association.
Dr. Kolodzik is Premier's Chief Reimbursement Officer and is responsible for Premier's Hospitalist services, payor relations, and Correctional Medicine division. Dr. Kolodzik continues active practice as an Emergency Medicine physician at several Premier client hospitals. Kolodzik received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame and his Medical Degree from Wright State University Integrated Residency in Emergency Medicine where he served as a Chief Resident. Kolodzik received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas in 1997. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and a member of the clinical faculty in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University. Kolodzik is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American College of Physician Executives.
Dr. Romano serves as Premier's Chief Medical Officer.
His duties include overseeing our Regional Medical Directors with the responsibilities of clinical operations, including physician management, site operations, risk management, continuing education, and client retention for each of our hospital facilities. Dr. Romano did his residency training at Akron City Hospital. He is a graduate of Wright State University's Medical School and is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Romano founded an ED group at Greene Memorial Hospital in Xenia in 1987 and joined Premier in 1995. He served as ED Medical Director at Greene Memorial Hospital in Xenia OH; Mercy Memorial Hospital, Urbana, OH; and Mercy Medical Center, Springfield, OH, as well as Premier's Transitional Medical Director for Battle Creek Health Systems.
Prior
to Dr. Lyman's current position as Regional Medical Director he was a Chief Clinical Officer. He oversees clinical operations at sites in OH, SC, and IL. Dr. Lyman has been with Premier since 1997. He received his Medical Degree and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University. He continues his association with the Wright State University Department of Emergency Medicine, where he is an Associate Professor. Dr. Lyman has a special interest in flight medicine, and was the Founding Chairman of the ACEP Section of Air Medical Transport. He has served on the Board of Directors of The Alabama Chapter of ACEP. Dr. Lyman is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, and has been an ABEM Examiner since 1990.
Dr. Danosi
also served as a Chief Clinical Officer before his appointment as one of Premier's Regional Medical Directors. He oversees ED operations at hospitals in OH. He has been a Premier clinician since 1998 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors. He served as attending physician and Chairman, Department of Emergency Services at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, NC, where he established the Department of Emergency Services and was instrumental in designing a multi-million dollar emergency department at both Wake and Western Wake Medical Centers. He was an attending physician and Medical Director for the Department of Emergency Medicine at Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Danosi received his Medical Degree and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Wayne State University.
Dr. Tasset is
a Regional Medical Director for
Premier covering ED's in OH and WV. He previously served as a Chief Clinical Officer. Dr. Tasset was previously a Regional Director for Mercy Health Solutions and Mercy Regional Health Care System's Occupational and Urgent Care Medicine. Dr. Tasset received his Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental Pathology and Toxicology at the University of Cincinnati. He earned his Medical Degree and completed his Residency in Occupational Medicine at University of Cincinnati and his Residency in Emergency Medicine at The Medical Center of Delaware. Dr. Tasset is a member of the American Medical Association, the Ohio State Medical Association, the American College of Emergency Medicine, among others. Dr. Tasset is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
Dr.
Snyder is a founding member of Premier and currently serves on the Board of Directors. In addition, he is Regional Medical Director for Premier's Nebraska
and Iowa facilities. Dr. Snyder received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati and his residency in Emergency Medicine at Wright State University. He has practiced as an Emergency Physician since 1986, is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Ward is one of Premier's Regional Medical Directors overseeing ED operations at several client hospital ED's in Ohio. Dr. Ward joined Premier in 2000 working as a staff physician at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, OH. She later became Medical Director and continues to work there clinically in her new role. Dr. Ward has her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, with Honors from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship and Emergency Medicine residency at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH. She is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine and member of AOA and ACEP.
Dr. David Seidler is Regional Medical Director for Premier's West Virginia hospital sites. Dr. Seidler joined Premier in July of 2000 and continues his long-standing relationship with the Medical Directors and staff of the ED's at these locations. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Illinois School of Medicine. His internship and residency in Emergency Medicine were completed at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. In addition to his Regional Medical Director duties, Dr. Seidler is Medical Director and Chief for the Department of Emergency Medicine at Charleston Area Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He is actively involved as director and instructor for many EMS and aeromedical services.
Dr. Culler is one of Premier's Regional Medical Directors serving our Ohio hospital locations. Since joining Premier in 1991, Dr. Culler has acted as Assistant Medical Director and Medical Director for Marion General Hospital's Emergency Department. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine through the American Association of Physician Specialists and a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice. He received his doctorate degree from Ohio State University, College of Medicine and was Chief Resident at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Department of Family Practice. He is
professionally active as a member of ACEP, ABFP, and the AMA. In addition, he remains active in several organizations in his Marion community.
John Hoffmann is Premier's Chief Legal Officer, responsible for advising the company on legal issues and focusing on contract negotiations and Risk Management matters. He has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having represented various physician groups and hospitals. John graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1990. He has been with Premier since October of 2003.
Mr. Sadlier is the Chairman of the Board of Premier Health Care Services, Inc. As Chairman, Mr. Sadlier is responsible for the leadership and management of Board of Directors' meetings. Mr. Sadlier was elected to the Board in September 2004. He was elected as Chair in July of 2006.Premier Health Care Services, Inc.
