Jana Banks - In Loving Memory

Premier Physician Jana Banks, MD, passed away in her home surrounded by family on Thursday, March 5, 2009. Jana was a dedicated emergency physician for 18 years, 15 years of which were with Premier Health Care Services.

Jana made frequent medical mission trips to the Honduras, and she held the position of Assistant Medical Director with Premier for the last year. She was nominated for Premier’s CERP Award in 2008, and she was awarded the overall 2008 CERP Award.

Jana was an outstanding physician and wonderful friend, and we will all miss her. Jana’s family asks that any contributions made in her name be sent to the Raymond Foundation c/o Mrs. Holly Dicke, 501 Harrington Drive, Plain City, OH 43064 with the notation “Jana Banks Honduras Fund.”
