Premier Physicians Roderick MacGregor, MD, and Patrick Vaglienti, MD win UVMC Excellence and Collaboration Award

Roderick MacGregor, MD, (pictured at right) and Patrick Vaglienti, MD, (not pictured) won the Physician Recognition for Excellence and Collaboration Award from the Upper Valley Medical Center’s nursing staff at the UVMC 2008 Nursing Excellence Awards Program.

The award is nominated and selected by the UVMC Nursing Staff and is based on the physician’s demonstration of the following items:

• collaboration and teamwork
• good communication skills
• excellence in clinical practice
