Kas Oganowski, MD, Accepts Position as Director, Physician Services

Congratulations to Kas Oganowski, MD, in his new role as Director of Physician Services! Kas has been involved in physician recruitment since 2006, when he began as a physician liaison. His enthusiasm and passion for the recruitment and retention of Premier physicians, coupled with his continual involvement in recruiting, as well as the development of the Graduate Training Program, was a natural progression into the Director role.
In addition to his clinical shifts, Kas will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and managerial duties within the recruiting department. He will be collaborating with the recruiting team, Medical Directors, and internal stakeholders to create a Recruiting Center of Excellence. Kas has worked for Premier since July 1992 as an Emergency Medicine Physician and also served as Medical Director of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital for 15 years.
When asked to comment on his new role he said, “I’m here to help the four outstanding recruiters we have and add a physician to the team. My main goal is to make Premier’s recruiting more successful and explore other ways to recruit Emergency Medicine Physicians through the Graduate Training Program.”
