On September 3, The Leadership Challenge® Class 4 “graduated” from the Joy Outdoor Education Center in Mason, Ohio. These participants, composed of medical directors, assistant medical directors, staff physicians, and corporate management experienced an intensive, three-day leadership workshop based on the book, The Leadership Challenge®, by James M. Kouzes & Barry Z. Posner. The workshop utilizes well-designed cognitive/affective methodology that includes indoor and outdoor experiential exercises. This experience provides the opportunity for participants to deeply explore the key practices of exemplary leaders. These leadership practices will be the standard model by which all Premier Health Care Services leaders will exemplify. Congratulations, Class 4!
