Premier recognizes the importance of using an integrated compensation plan to attract, retain, and motivate physicians. An essential component of Premier's compensation plan is incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is designed to motivate physician behavior by providing physicians with opportunities to earn incentives based on their individual achievement of specific performance objectives, achievement of contract specific objectives, and achievement of corporate-wide objectives.
