Premier is a large, regional provider of health care services in the Midwest market area, where it has been a firmly established and respected company since 1987. Professional physician services in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine — Hospitalist, Occupational Medicine, Pediatric Medicine — Hospitalist Medicine, and Correctional Medicine are provided at over 50 facilities in seven states, including Ohio, West Virginia, South Carolina, Iowa, Nebraska, and Illinois. Over 400 physicians are employed by our physician-owned and -operated group.

Emergency Medicine

Americans make more than 110 million Emergency Department visits each year. Premier physicians work with Emergency Departments to provide the highest quality of healthcare in a calm environment. Premier physicians share a wealth of talents, expertise, and goals.

Hospitalists

Premier Hospitalists improve the level of cost-effective patient care and the efficiency of office-based primary care physicians. Hospitalists provide 24-hour on-site availability and care for routine adult MedSurg patients and adult patients requiring critical care services.

ED Consulting

Premier ED Solutions is a consulting division of Premier Health Care Services, Inc. Premier Health Care Services, Inc. has been an established provider of hospital emergency department, hospitalist, urgent care, occupational medicine, and correctional medicine staffing and management services since 1987.

Occupational Medicine

Premier provides occupational health services to many Ohio employers, and our physicians work as partners with local employers and hospitals to provide superior, cost-effective medical care.

Pediatrics

The pediatricians of Premier New Century Pediatrics® provide high–quality consultation and patient management services to children. As partners with both primary care physicians and parents, our pediatricians provide services including: inpatient consults, daily inpatient care, stabilization and transport, delivery room resuscitations, well-baby care, second opinions, preoperative history/physicals, and outpatient consults.

Correctional Medicine

The Premier Correctional Health Care division provides comprehensive medical services that are customized to meet the unique needs of the law enforcement agencies that operate adult jails and juvenile detention facilities. Services are provided through a collaborative effort with law enforcement to ensure the cost efficient provision of mandated health care along with a focus on safety, security, and minimal off-site transport.
