Premier Health Care Services is owned by approximately 237 physician shareholders. This model provides physicians ownership in our business. Since Premier does not use independent contractors or employ physicians but fail to provide them with an ownership interest, we encourage physicians to work collaboratively toward common goals. Providing physicians with equity in the business is a cornerstone of our success and truly nurtures stability, ensures operational efficiency, and promotes a positive environment for everyone.

Our commitment is to our physician partners, our client hospitals, and to the many patients we serve. We are not financially obligated to any group of non-participating shareholders.
